Every machine ships free nationwide and arrives within 2–5 business days of your order being confirmed. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your unit leaves the warehouse.

Currently we ship to all 50 US states only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Yes. Every machine is shipped fully assembled and ready to place. There's no technical setup required — just choose your location, stock it, and you're open for business.

Yes. Every listing shows the exact model you'll receive. We don't use stock photos or substitute units — what you see is what ships to your door.

New machines come straight from the manufacturer with full warranty coverage. Used machines are inspected, cleaned, and tested before listing — they're a solid option if you want to keep startup costs low. Both ship free.

Most out-of-stock machines are restocked within 2–4 weeks depending on manufacturer availability. If there's a specific unit you're waiting on, reach out and we'll give you an honest timeline.

Many of our machines come equipped with card readers and cashless payment support. Check the individual product listing for payment features, or contact us and we'll point you to the right unit.

If your machine arrives damaged or doesn't match your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@vendingmachinesforsale.net and we'll make it right. Returns are handled case by case — we stand behind every unit we sell.

Yes. All new machines come with a 1-year parts warranty. If something fails under normal operating conditions within that period, we cover it. Used machines carry a 90-day warranty on mechanical components.

Your receipt is emailed to you automatically once your order is confirmed. You can also find it anytime by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section.

Contact us as soon as possible at sales@vendingmachinesforsale.net or call +1 (213) 595-7723. If your order hasn't shipped yet we can usually make changes. Once it's in transit, changes are not possible.
