• Condition: The machine must be in its original packaging and condition, with all accessories and documentation included.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
• Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply for returns that are not due to our error (e.g., buyer's remorse). We will provide full details during the return process.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your machine arrives damaged or does not match the product you ordered, please follow these steps:

• Include photos of the damage or discrepancy, if possible.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
• Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
• Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Full Refund: For damaged or incorrect items, you will receive a full refund including original shipping costs.

• Original Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders. If you return an item for a reason other than our error, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
