1. Free Shipping

We are proud to offer free shipping on every order to all 50 US states. There are no hidden fees or minimum order requirements — the price you see is the price you pay.

2. Delivery Timeframe

We strive to get your machine to you as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery timeframe is:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
• Transit Time: Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from the date of shipment.
• Total Time: From order placement to delivery, you can generally expect your machine to arrive within 3–7 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, and carrier availability. We will provide you with tracking information once your order ships.

3. Shipping Process

Here is what you can expect when your machine ships:

• Fully Assembled: Every machine is shipped fully assembled and ready to use. Simply unbox, plug in, and start earning.
• Freight Delivery: Machines are shipped via freight carrier on a pallet. Delivery is to your curb or driveway (not inside your building).
• Appointment Required: The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery.
• Inspection: Before signing for delivery, please inspect the packaging for any visible damage. If you notice damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.

4. Packaging

Your machine is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition:

• Heavy-Duty Packaging: Each machine is secured on a wooden pallet and wrapped in protective material to prevent damage during transit.
• Stretch-Wrapped: The entire unit is stretch-wrapped to keep it secure and protected from dust and moisture.
• Documentation: The package includes all necessary documentation, including the user manual and warranty information.

5. Address Requirements

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide accurate and complete shipping information:

• Street Address: We require a physical street address. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
• Business Address: If shipping to a business, please include the business name and any suite or unit number.
• Contact Information: Provide a valid phone number and email address so the carrier can contact you to schedule delivery.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

• Tracking Number: A link to track your shipment in real-time.
• Carrier Information: The name of the freight carrier delivering your machine.
• Expected Delivery Window: An estimated delivery date range.

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and visiting the "Orders" section.

7. Delivery Issues

In the rare event of a delivery issue, please follow these steps:

• Damage: If you notice damage to the packaging or machine, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Delay: If your machine has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
• Lost Shipment: We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. If it cannot be located, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we ship exclusively to the United States, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
