Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping is 1-5 business days to the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional time and fees. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.

Warranties

Our warranty coverage varies by machine type:

• New machines: Include a 1-year limited parts warranty covering compressor, refrigeration system, payment components, control boards, vending mechanisms, and LED lighting.
• Used/refurbished machines: Include a 90-day limited warranty covering major components.

Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, vandalism, power surges, or normal wear and tear. Consumable items such as light bulbs and door seals are also excluded. Please refer to our Warranty page for complete details.

Returns & Cancellations

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the machine is in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before the item has shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies. To initiate a return or cancellation, please contact our support team.

Limitation of Liability
